Every year, more than $65 billion is allocated to provide stabilizing resources such as food, child care, and medical access to millions of struggling families go unused. Single Stop USA seeks to change that.
Contra Costa College (CCC) has partnered with Single Stop USA, a national non-profit organization set out to reduce poverty in the U.S. The Single Stop program at Contra Costa College was established to help students get connected with public benefits, financial planning and coaching, free tax preparation (during tax season), in addition to other resources that may remove financial barriers to achieving their academic and career goals.
