 High School Seniors

Missed our 2013 High School Senior Connect Super Saturday Event?

Ø  If you were unable to attend our Super Saturday event, don't worry you can still register for summer and fall classes.

Ø  A special High School Senior Group Counseling Session will be held on Wednesday, May 29th at 5pm in the Assessment Center (SSC-104) beginning at 5pm. Only students who have completed the CCC Application and Assessment may attend.

Ø  If you haven't completed your assessment, you may book an appointment online.

Ø  Also, the counseling department will be open for drop-in appointments beginning June 3rd from 9am to 5pm Monday through Thursday to assist you.

Remember it’s not too late to register at Contra Costa College and get off to a great start.

 

Important Updates for the Fall and Spring Terms

 

  • New and continuing students may now schedule an appointment to meet with a counselor via Contra Costa Counseling Appointments, by coming directly to the Counseling Department at SSC 108 or by calling  235-7800 ext. 4255.
  • Dismissals: Last day to submit a Petition for Reinstatement for the Spring 2013 or any prior semester is December 1, 2012 .  Please be sure to book an appointment to meet with a couselor prior to this date.   To read more about Petitions for Reinstatement and the appeals process please refer to the contra costa college catalog, pages 45-46. 

  • Students will be notified regarding Spring 2013 for satisfactory academic progress (SAP) suspension or exceeding the maximum time frame via email and must complete a Financial Aid appeal.  Please check your insite portal email account for notification and instructions to complete a financial aid appeal.  Financial Aid Appeal appointments must be booked for one hour and cannot be booked on-line.
