Contra Costa College Baseball has a winning tradition. Our teams always have a good nucleus of returning players, with the addition of some talented freshmen. We are looking to contend for the Bay Valley Conference Championship.

Marvin R. Webb,

Head Coach

Marvin Webb was born in Memphis, Tennessee. He attended Contra Costa College, St. Mary’s, and East Bay Theological Seminary. He holds an A.A., B. A., M.A., and a Doctorate in Christian Studies.

Coach Webb went All Conference 2 years, MVP of Conference 1972. He played professionally for the LA Dodgers and the Oakland A’s, for a total of ten years. He also played one year in Mexico and in the InterAmerican League in South America.

In his free time, Coach Webb enjoys attending church and playing golf.
